KB Article: Connecting to Famous via iOS (Cisco AnyConnect + Windows App)

Purpose

This guide explains how to connect to the Famous environment from an iOS device using Cisco AnyConnect and the Windows Remote Desktop app.

Step 1: Connect to VPN Using Cisco AnyConnect

1. Open the Cisco AnyConnect app on your iOS device.

2. Tap Connect to establish a secure VPN connection.

3. If prompted, enter your login credentials.

4. Verify the status shows Connected before continuing.

Step 2: Connect to Famous Using the Windows App

1. Open the Windows Remote Desktop app on your iOS device.

2. In the list of available connections, locate farm.calgiant.com.

3. Tap farm.calgiant.com to start the remote connection.

4. Enter your remote desktop login credentials when prompted.

Outcome

Once connected, you should have full access to the Famous environment through the remote desktop session.
