Q:Can I have access to creating a unique LOT ID?
A: Users may be unable to create LOT IDs if the required setting is not enabled in the Inventory properties.
To allow LOT ID creation, ensure the appropriate Inventory setting is enabled.
Navigate to:
Inventory > Daily Work > Receiving Entry
Open Properties.
In the Properties window, locate the option:
Use Receipt No. as Lot ID
Ensure the checkbox is checked.
Click Apply.
Click OK to close the window.
The user should now be able to create a unique LOT ID during receiving entry.
