Troubleshooting Famous Windows/screen sizes in Modules

Overview

This article describes troubleshooting steps for when Famous screen/window sizes in modules have become an issue.  Meaning users cannot see fields due to the sizing of the window pushing information off screen.

Common Causes

• Users switching between their workstation and using the famous client locally and the Remote Desktop environment

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Navigate to the module in which you are having the issue
2. Hold shift and double click the module
