Overview
If users report that they cannot view orders in the order list for Famous warehouses, the issue is typically caused by warehouse filters in the properties settings. This guide explains how to reset the warehouse selection.
Symptoms
- Orders for Famous warehouses do not appear in the order list.
- Other orders display normally.
Cause
Warehouse filters in the Order List Properties may be misconfigured or corrupted.
Resolution
Step 1: Open Properties
- In the order list screen, click Properties.
Step 2: Remove All Warehouses
- In the Properties window:
- Click the double arrow pointing left (<<) to remove all warehouses from the selected list.
- Click Apply.
Step 3: Add Warehouses Back
- Click the double arrow pointing right (>>) to add all warehouses back to the selected list.
- Click Apply again.

Step 4: Verify Orders
- After applying changes, confirm that orders for Famous warehouses now appear in the order list.
