KB Article: Adding Famous Export Folder to Quick Access in File Explorer

Issue

A user wants the Export folder from the Famous shared directory to appear in their Quick Access panel in File Explorer.

Resolution

Step 1: Open File Explorer

1. Open File Explorer on the user’s computer.

Step 2: Access the Famous Directory

1. In the address bar, enter the following path:
   \Famous-2022\

2. Press Enter.

You should now see two folders: export and famous60.

Step 3: Pin Export Folder to Quick Access

1. Locate the export folder.

2. Click and drag the export folder to the Quick Access section on the left sidebar of File Explorer.

   • Alternatively, right-click the folder and select Pin to Quick access.

Outcome

The export folder should now appear in the Quick Access panel.
Verify the folder is listed and confirm the correct files are visible and accessible.
