How to Resolve Missing Customers in Famous "Order List" by Salesperson

Problem

Users may encounter an issue where not all customers or their associated orders are displayed in the "Order List" by Salesperson within the Famous system. Specifically, some customers might not appear as options in the dropdown menu under the customer column, leading to incomplete order visibility (e.g., missing HEB orders).

Solution

To ensure all customers and their corresponding orders are visible in the "Order List" by Salesperson, you need to configure the available warehouses in the system's properties.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Properties" section within the Famous system. 
  2. Within the "Properties" section, locate the option to bring over the available warehouses.
  3. Ensure that all relevant warehouses are selected and added. For example, many HEB orders are typically associated with the "ACS LLC" warehouse. 
  4. After performing these steps, re-check your "Order List" by Salesperson. The previously missing customers and orders should now be visible.
